I signed up, I got the confirmation email, I got the activation email, and it still won't let me login to my account. I've tried logging in on the main page, but it sends me to the admin page (http://saybox.co.uk/shout.php?action=admin). I try to login on that page, it acts like its loading but then the page goes blank. The login box is still there, but my username and password disappear. I've tried it countless times and I still can't get into it. I don't get an error or anything, it just erases my username and PW. How come I can't login? I'm getting very frustrated.  Thank is advance for the help. |

This happens when your internet browser isn't accepting the login cookie. Try lowering browser security settings, or using a different browser.

Ok, well, I tried everything you told me to do. I used a different browser - it didn't work. I lowered the security settings as far as they would go - it didn't work. I made sure the settings would allow all cookies from both of the login sites - it didn't work. I don't know what else to do! Well, seeing as how this thread isn't locked yet, that means it hasn't been resolved. I still can't login and no one has given me any help except for the previous post. Is there anything else that can be done to help me login? If not, please say so and delete my account. Thank you. |
