Admin function

I am new at this whole say box thing.....so I was wondering how do u get into the admin function of the saybox that is on my site? every time I go to it it brings me to this site that u have to put ur pass in but every time I do it says invalid user/password and I know I am putting it in right???

Looks like this:

Username: Suprem
Password:*******

and then I get this:
invalid user/password

There is no account with that username - if it's one you applied for today, it probably hasn't been activated yet.

I've just been had a look at our user list and I can't see any account with the username "Suprem" - can you give me a link to the site it's being used on?

The username for the Saybox on that site is "admin" (without the quotation marks).

If that is your account, please update the account information when you next log in as the website link given in the admin panel does not match the URL of the forum it's being used on.

OK know this might sound stupid but how do I do that? The one that was sent to me was this:

www.saybox.co.uk/output.php?user=Suprem"></script>

So I put that one in the forum and tryed to go to the admin, well it didnt work so one of the other admin's changed it to this one:

I have changed it to Suprem and then it dissapers??

OK thank u oen thing is that Renegade said that their is no account by that name. But I well try it and let u know what happens

There is no Saybox account with the username Suprem, and no account registered with your email address.

If you applied for an account recently it may be either that it was rejected, in which case you'd have an email saying as much, or that your application was lost during the recent downtime. In either case no user with that username would exist.

If you did have a working account it must have been deleted, however if you don't see it on this page then the Saybox staff are not the ones who've deleted it.

Hi Renegade,
I have had the same problem for 2 days i have not been able to get into my admin account even thru i used the correct password..When i tryed to log into the Saybox forum same thing came up and this was after i had tryed to add mu username to retive my password form my email account.I had no problems in the past..It could be possible i may have by mistake deleated my account but i am certain i would not have done this..Another small problem in the past is when you make a shout and click send..to read that shout i had to click home to read the last message..Any help be apprecited Julian
