Go to hockey's "The Boy Who Cried Emu" thread, take his title, and attempt to drag it out of the window (make sure your window isn't maximized). Now return the cursor to the window, and the custom title will float around with you (though with some restriction). You can maximize the window once this happens.
Why does this happen? The mouse button release trigger doesn't activate outside the window, so the title continues to remain "stuck" to your cursor as though you were dragging it.
Eh, did it by accident when trying to switch windows or something...
