Hello looking for help

Hello my name is Dani and I'm building a forum and recently added a saybox. The problem I'm having is moving it on the board because I don't like it, in the top... right in the middle. Also I having a problem getting ride of the ugly gray background where its sitting. So if anyone can help me out I would be very thankful ^_^.
