This is really weird .... I think I got over 60 mails now, what should I do, I hope that there is no hidden virus somewhere  ( They all come from Saybox with subject Your SayBox Subscription, every minute about three mails. I'd better shut down the pc now. Thanks for your help, Thalia |

Okay, first things first - I've manually credited the subscription to an account - hopefully the right one. Could you check that that's okay now?
After that, if you're still getting the emails can you forward one of them to me at renegade@saybox.co.uk. I will post back here once I receive it.

I am so sorry to be a pest, it does not stop, it's just like it's flooding my inbox with Saybox mails. I wanted to forward to you one of them, but it kept bouncing back ... perhaps one of these mails found it's way to you ..... hopefully  I counted about 200 Mails now, since yesterday. The username it's concerning is thalia. About the subscription, I just had a look, I am sorry your credited the wrong one, this is the second box I just purchased in february, would you like me to send you something from PayPal ? Ok I think now it stopped, since two hours no e-mails anymore, now I just would need the changement of payment from the new to the old box please, should you need some infos, please tell me. Thank you so much

Okay, I believe I've fixed the problem. Can you let me know if you continue to get emails after this point? When your subscription has three days or left on it, the next time someone views your account, it triggered the reminder email to be sent, and updates our server to note that an email went out to you. This is so that we don't send unwanted emails to people who no longer use their account. In this case, the server wasn't updating to show that your email had gone out, and your subscription wasn't automatically credited for the same reason, so it was sending a new one every time someone loaded your shoutbox (including auto refresh). Of course, this isn't how it was meant to work, so we do apologize for all those emails. I've credited your account with the subscription you paid for, along with some extra time on the subscription by way of compensation, and the problem should be fixed now. I also found a minor issue in the files for your other account last night when I was trying to find what was wrong, so I fixed that at the same time, but its possible that the subscription on that account is wrong because of that, so could you double check the dates on it and make sure you're not missing anything you paid for? |

You are the best, thank you so much for your effort in solving this problem, your time and of course for the extra time, I really do appreciate this very very much, but it would not have been necessary, I believe that there will be bugs at every time. This shows how much you care about your customers, thanks so much !!!!
I just need to tell you that the subscription time of the new box --- (username angelina) ist too long. It actually started on February 5th, so there are still 367 days remaining because of the wrong date March 26th, which concerns the old box (username thalia) *lol* hope you don't get dizzy now. I just don't want to be impudent and use time, I am not entitled to do.
