Customized Scrollbars

Hi, im trying to customize scrollbar but i seem to have problems with this.
No matter what i change it stays default. I mean I'm able to change the hex color code but it's not showing up colors I picked to use with my saybox.
It looks like changes were never made.
What's causing that problem?

That feature is IE only (if they even still support it).

Will there be any update so we can use our own scrollbars with firefox?

P.S. Is there any downtime on server 1? It's loading so slow today...

As I understand it, Firefox doesn't support the feature.

Check the announcement thread in the news board to be kept up to date with today's server issues. I'm waiting on a response from our host before we can know what's wrong.
