Just added the full version of the chatbox on our site, but the auto refresh does not work..
Is there a problem with it?
Thanks
Rob

Looks like it is related to IE. Firefox does not show the cookies message and autorefreshes fine. Suggestions?

This is because of IE handles iframes on the default security settings now.
Look in the bar at the bottom of your browser for an icon with a no entry on it. Double click that, then right click on the SayBox cookie and choose 'accept'.

Is this something that all IE users will have to do? Doesn't sound good

It depends on the version of the browser they have, and the privacy settings they chose. In the 'Internet options' window, in the privacy tab, there's a bar to set cookie acceptance policy. In IE8 I believe anyone using the 'low' setting should be fine already, and in earlier versions higher settings seem to work. If we could figure out what makes the difference, we'd fix it We haven't tested IE9 yet. The cookies are used to check for newer posts without reloading needlessly - which saves load on the server for us, but breaks when cookies aren't working.
