Hello everyone, if this is alright, I'll post all my questions in the same topic so I don't create a new thread for each question I got. Is that Ok? Question 1. I have paid for an upgrade via PayPal but in my "Purchase History" it says "There have been no purchases made to this account." and I still have my Ads in my SayBox. My email is Sliz3r_@hotmail.com, and I have the receipt for the PayPal transaction if you need it. Question 2. Is there a way to set a custom time zone for everyone? I mean, why can I only put 1 time zone for all in my administrator panel, that's kinda bad or am I blind? I'm talking about the messages time stamp. Question 3. Is there a way to change the position of "Smilies, Admin, Upgrade this SayBox, Powered by SayBox"? I would like to have it right beside "Post, Reset, Reload Shouts" if possible. P.S: I love this SayBox, my previous forum chat box was from Cbox but I like this one much more because of the admin panel and its features, it looks nice too. Anyway, my forum is www.rpm-hideseek.proboards.com if you need to look at it.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. 1/ I'll get that fixed tonight 2/ Not right now - since we don't record guest timezone, that isn't currently possibly. 3/ No, those have to stay where they are for now, although the last two lines will disappear once I get your subscription activated

I posted yesterday so there is no rush. 1. Sounds good, thanks. 2. Alright, but it would be nice with a correct time zone for everyone. Maybe something to suggest for future updates, I don't know if it's possible but yea, it would be useful. 3. Ok, I don't think it's a big problem but what do you personally think about moving the "Smilies, Archive, Admin" next to "Post, Reset, Reload Shouts"? I think it might look nicer to have it there rather than placing a lot of text under the chat box but at the same spot. Keep up the good work, this is the best chat box I've seen so far.

1/ Fixing that right after I post this 2/ We'd either have to request data from every user, or add IP lookup to the server. For shoutboxes, I'm not sure of the need for this. 3/ Most users keep the default width so its never been an issue before. I'll look into the possibility of adding the option to change it, but no promises.

If yes, I'm sorry for posting it here. But I think it's an obvious thing to have a correct time zone for everyone who's posting in the SayBox. I don't want to be rude, but a lot of people think so. My default time zone is set to GMT +1 but there are many GMT +0's, GMT +2's and Americans who visit my forum, so it's for their sake if you understand, hehe. 3. Oh yeah, the default width... it's small so I understand why these things can't be put on the side, but an option for this would be awesome, but maybe I should talk about this in the SayBox suggestions board. Silly of me. Question 4. What does this "Lock to ProBoards forum name?" and this "ProBoards name options" mean? I read the FAQ but couldn't find any answer. Question 5. I've added a new user called "Chat Rules", and you can see it in my SayBox that my first post with this user is pinned and it explains my rules for this SayBox, but how can I remove the post date for this message? So it looks more cleaner on top... with the post date it looks a bit messy and a "space" between next post could be more appealing. Question 6. How can others get a password protected name in my SayBox? I have added all of my moderators and given them a password and a mini-avatar, but there are people who fake others, can't they get a password for themselves?

2/ As a proportion of SayBox users, very few people have ever suggested this. You might even be the first person to ask about it. most people only have the time display on mouseover, rather than in posts. So the main reason for not adding it is how much extra work it is, both to program and for the server, for such a small detail.
4/ This forces people to post with their ProBoards display name (default settings allow them to change the name they post with).
5/ This isn't an option right now, but we'll consider it.
6/ just keep adding users as you need them. alternatively, use the ProBoards name lock as described above.
