Certain user's messages not showing

This has happened before where certain user's (myself, included)
messages will not show up. It was fine for a while (fixed itself, I guess?), but now it's happening again. Honestly, I'm sorry Rene, but this is getting really annoying.

Why does this keep happening?

I don't remember this being reported before.

I need to know the names of the affected users, and an exact sample of the messages that aren't showing up.

I'll try to compile a list. As for the messages, I'm going to assume they were the basic messages. (like hi, etc). My message personally had been "party without me?", and then I did a few test, which it still didn't show. It could have been a hiccup at the time, but it still wouldn't explain previous issues.
