Another missing saybox

One of my members sent me and MIA saybox message on the 31st of May. It was there when I was online. Then she sent the message quoted below. And its not there for me either. I would appreciate it of you would take a look.

« Message sent Yesterday at 5:32pm » Say Box isn't showing up on my computer today, either. Weird. A couple of times I got on here and only part of it showed up, then none at all last time and this time. I will check it again later. It never did that before.

There have been allot of issues lately with Saybox not showing up, so it's not just your member.

Can you run a traceroute next time the SayBox isn't showing for you?

Not sure who or what you want me to trace? I just got on an it ain't there, still.

Run command prompt on your computer and type tracert saybox.co.uk, then take a screenshot of the results. This shows us the route from your computer to our server, along with any potential breaks along the way. You have to do this when the SayBox isn't showing for you since that's when we might be able to see what's causing the problem
