New user, no admin link

Hello, I've just added a Saybox to our MB, but there is no admin or archive link appearing.
Also how do you add extra admin? I'd like to add two more.
I can access it using this link.
saybox3.co.uk/shout.php?action=admin
but if I try to delete shouts made by admin, it says there are none and I have to delete all shouts.

The admin link can be enabled or disabled from the preferences page in your admin panel. There isn't currently the option to set more than one person as an admin (this *may* be on its way), though you can give them a coloured name & avatar and the password to login, and nobody will know any different.

Thanks I found the admin link box, but not the Archive. I found 'Disable Archive', but the box is not ticked.

The archive won't show if there isn't an archive yet.
