This is my attempt to write a walkthrough for the CMSBox game Is This a Game? by Renegade. I think I'm posting this in the correct place (none of the CMSBox sub-boards seemed appropriate). 
I think the guide is accurate for the most part, except some of the numbers (for timing or number of clicks) may be off a bit, and I'm basically clueless on how to unlock "I meant to do that." I've also recently realized that I'm not totally sure about "Look what I can do" either, though that achievement seems to be easier to accidentally unlock. Otherwise, this guide isn't perfect, but I'd estimate it's at least 90% accurate. 
Some of these (Medal of honour, You already won that, It's pretty) require you to do something immediately after unlocking another achievement. If you've missed the opportunity to unlock one of these, you can refresh the game window and click on the achievements as they're popping up in the bottom-right corner. Your progress will be saved if you refresh or close the game window.
1. A new beginning: Start the game
2. What do I press: Click the mouse once
3. Where's the game?*: Click the mouse 100 times
4. RSI*: Click the mouse 250 times
5. The game is a lie: Click the mouse 500 times
6. Awake: Move the mouse around for 1 second
7. Can't sit still: Move the mouse around for 20 seconds (cumulative)
8. Restless: Move the mouse around for 45 seconds (cumulative)
9. Hyperactive: Move the mouse around for 2 minutes (cumulative)
10. Resting: Don't move the mouse for 5 seconds
11. Lazy: Don't move the mouse for 15 seconds
12. Not dead, just asleep: Don't move the mouse for 30 seconds
13. Is this an idle game?: Don't move the mouse for 60 seconds
14. Just checking: Open Instructions 1 time
15. Learning is fun: Open Instructions 5 times
16. Slow Learner: Open Instructions 10 times
17. No gamer left behind: Open Instructions 20 times
18. This is fun: Have the game running for 1 minute
19. This IS fun!: Have the game running for 5 minutes
20. I'm still playing?: Have the game running for 7 minutes and 30 seconds
21. What's the time?: Have the game running for 15 minutes
22. The world is flat: Hover over the four corners of the game window
23. Is this the any key?*: Press any key on your keyboard
24. It's not chatspeak!*: Randomly type a bunch of letters
25. Random typing*: Type randomly some more, or hold down a key for about 5 seconds
26. I'm spamming*: Type randomly some more, or hold down a key for about 10 seconds
27. Who made this?: Open Credits 1 time
28. Remember the name: Open Credits 20 times
29. It doesn't move: Try to drag the space between two of the top tabs with the mouse
30. Double jump: Press the space bar twice
31. Who needs elephants?: Open the Achievements tab three times
32. Did I win yet?: Open Achievements 50 times
33. Shut your mouth: Click the M
34. Rock on: Click the M again
35. Timeout: Click the P
36. Back to Action: Click the P again
37. Quality control: Click the Q
38. I meant to do that: Awarded randomly
39. Yellow Squares: Press Tab on the keyboard

43. I love Renegade: Right-click, and then select "A Game by Renegade"
44. Is this a Zelda game?: Open Links 1 time
45. Is this an ad?: Click an ad in the Links section
46. Non-subliminal message: Click five ads in the Links section
47. Cruise control for cool: Press Caps Lock on the keyboard
48. You already won that: Click on an achievement's name as it pops up
49. Medal of honour: Click on the medal icon when an achievement pops up
50. Background Info: Click the descriptive text below the tabs
51. Maze game hacker: Move the mouse outside the game window
52. No Escape: Press Escape on the keyboard
53. I can fly! Type noclip on the keyboard
54. Wait your turn*: Go for a while without unlocking any achievements
55. Lag much?*: Similar to "Wait your turn"
56. Mr. Freeze: While paused, click the word "Paused"
57. Welcome back: Refresh the game window. (If you've played before and erased your Flash cookies, it seems to occur automatically the next time you press "Play Game")
58. A fine selection: Press Ctrl + A on the keyboard
59. Self potato: While paused, click 5 tabs
60. Not getting the idea: While paused, click 25 tabs
61. Nothing is draggable: While paused, drag the word "Paused" with the mouse
62. Not the quality button: Press Q on the keyboard
63. Not the pause button: Press P on the keyboard
64. Not the mute button: Press M on the keyboard
65. Nope, no game here: Click the word Game in "Is This A Game?"
66. Copy pasta: Press Ctrl + C on the keyboard
