I sent a payment of $10.00 USD to SayBox.
When I open the Control Panel: Preferences/Advertisement Settings/ "I can't put OFF the adverstisement".
Also the message in Control Panel: Extra Features/Buy Subscription/Purchase History Is: "There have been no purchases made to this account"
Please help us to resolve it.

Would it have come from the same email as your $10 subscription in January? We don't have any records of any further payments received from that email - but you should have an email receipt for it if the transaction went through. If not, you may need to check with your creditcard company that the payment was successful.
