An unaswered question

I posted this question March of last year and never received an answer so gonna try again. Ever since January of 2009 the huh smilie has been a red box with an x in it. I use IE6, now this morning while using Firefox the follwing page appeared when trying to use the huh smilie.

Not Found
The requested URL /smileys/huh.gif was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
