Modify/Delete Shouts option?

Recently, my SayBox has been giving users the option of deleting or modifying Shouts once they have been posted. I'm pretty sure this is something new. Not only can they delete their own Shouts, but they can delete others' as well.

They can't modify other users' Shouts, fortunately.

Is there any way I can remove this option from my SayBox? I'm on server 3, it looks like.

It's an paid feature, and only applies to your own shouts, nless you're the admin. you can disable it for regular users - although it only gives them the option to edit their own shouts, not anyone else's
