Just tried and it won't post for me. There is a message at the top of it that says cookies are required. I am guessing my cookies are enabled. I don't know

This sounds like a browser security setting has been changed. since all of you have apparently tried newer browsers, before returning to 6, then the upgrade may have altered some setting which is causing the problem.
For the cookies issue, that's easily fixed - look for the little red no entry incon at the very bottom of the browser, double click it, and accept all the cookies from us, then reload the page.

I have tried everything I know how to do. It's strange I can type my message click say and it does nothing. I can reset and that works fine. I can click archive and that works. I can log into my admin account for the saybox and make changes as necessary. It's just when I click the say button, it doesn't post my message.

Have you tried to server your html page offline from your computer? For me it's working fine with ie6 when I do so, the issue is only when serving the page from my domain! Which is really strange... If you have same issue than me there is definitely something to fix and it's not about cookies. I will try to find a fresh ie6 install without uninstall of ie8 to test the security issue Renegade is talking about.

Not for sure what you are talking about. It just may be something we have to learn to live with.

I am wondering something.......could I uninstall my saybox and then reload it again. Would that be possible? Would it perhaps fix this issue?

I'm saying that if you go to www.cityslaves.com/chattestnew.html with IE6 and try to post a message it won't work BUT if you save the html code and try it from your local drive it will work! That's what I don't get... If you could confirm you suffer the same issue that could help finding the issue perhaps (it's related to the fact the chatbox is called from an online domain)

I don't know the exact steps for this, s oyou may have to guess a little - but go to tools, internet options,. then either privacy or security, and add saybox3.co.uk to the trusted sitesd list. Make sure its set to allow scripts, cookies, whatever, from sites in the trusted zone, then restart your browser and try again.
