Can you link to your site for us?
ALso - Ie6 is very insecure and not officially supported by many sites any longer. If newer versions of it aren't for you, hae you considered something like Firefox?

opps sorry here's the link to my forum joycesplace.proboards.comUp until this morning I had always used IE 6 with no problems. Decided to upgrade to IE 8 and just didn't like it at all. I do have Firefox and tried it just now and can post in my saybox My saybox is hidden from guests. If you need to see it perhaps we could PM each other if that helps. Thank you

If one browser works and another doesn't, its most likely some other script on your site that's interfering with it. However, I don't have IE6 installed, and its no longer avaialbe for download so I'm not going to be able to find out which script it is unless its also incompatible with newer versions.

I have exact same issue and it's not related to other scripts on pages but directly to saybox... Here is what happen here : www.cityslaves.com/chattestnew.html- It's only the saybox code with nothing else on page - It's working fine with firefox - It's working fine with IE7 and IE8 - It's working fine with IE6 when serving the html page locally from my computer BUT - It's not working with IE6 when serving the page from my website as you can test with url (talking about post) Feel free to try if you have ie6 or a standalone version, just avoid to spam because it's the chat I'm using on my game hehe Thanks for help, IE6 still more than 10% of the IE browsers it's an annoying issue

Do non-subscription accounts work correctly?

I'm not using subscription system, I'm just blocking name field and forcing value through CSS in my game. (The test example I've copied is allowing nickname input as normal) sorry if I missunderstand your question

The linked account was a paid / subscription account. I'm asking if you have the same problem on free accounts (scuh as on the main page of our website).

"""Hello Testsaybox,
Your recent SayBox account application has been denied, as some of the information supplied is on our blacklist. If you feel this is unfair or incorrect, please contact us at our community forum.
Regards, Ron & Renegade - SayBox Administrators"""
or perhaps could you just copy me here a saybox code I could copy/paste for a test on my domain?

I am having the same issue. I tried IE7, pages wouldnt stay open, went to IE8.. hated it so returned to IE6. Others can post in my box, but I cant. I can open admin links from it, view smilies, etc but can not post. This is a paid subscription. User name kudlbear. Website is www.kudlbearcreations.com/FandD/mainpage.html It worked fine yesterday ( perhaps the day b4). Can you help or fix it please?

OK I did a system restore back a few weeks and still have IE6 again and I can post once again in my saybox. Maybe that will help someone figure it out.

I still cannot post in my saybox after going back to IE6. I read the above post where this person did a system restore. I do not understand what that means.
I can post in it using Firefox but had rather use my IE6.
How could a person send you the script from my saybox what would I need to do or would that help you any?
