Plagiarism

Would you support an author that has committed plagiarism not once but twice even if you can go to the book/site and point out word for word things from another author's book?

What are your views on Plagiarism?

Don't all author's do that? surely they select a passage or two from someone else's book and change the wording to suit themselves, so that it does not look plagiarised! Call me a cynic if you like!
