Hello. I renewed my subscription immediately after getting the 3 day warning notice. This was 2 days ago. I went to check on it this morning and it still says I have 1 day left and no sign of my renewal. I have the reciept number if you need it. This seems to happen each time I renew and its getting a bit tiring. User name is kudlbear. Please look into this.  |

I don't know why your payments never get processed automatically - I promise it's not something we're doing interntionally I've credited your account correctly now however. Next time it's up for renewal you could let me know in advance and I'll look out for the payment as soon as we receive it  |
