I just signed up and put the code on my tester forum here: ralmtesterr.proboards.com/index.cgiI put it in the global footers, it should be where that thin black line is under the other boxes, but it's not there.

You have some coding errors elsewhere on the forum - these are most likely stopping the shoutbox from being able to display.

Alright thanks, I'll try to find the problem. It's weird because I tried two other shout boxes in the same spot before and both of them showed up.

SInce our shoutboxes rely so heavily on JS, any coding errors onthe page can cause them not to functiion. If you can't see the problems yourself, post back again and ron will take a look at the coding for you later and see if he can find what's stopping it working properly. you can see the shoutbox working corerctly by placing it on a sepreate page with no adiittional coding

Ah, I see. Well I tried removing all of my codes one by one but the SayBox never showed up. =/
I did open it in a new tab and see that it was working, so you must be right that it's my coding, but I'm not sure which code.

Okay, I'm really starting to doubt that it's a coding error. Since I couldn't find the problem by removing each code one by one I decided to remove them by section (global headers, then global footers, then main headers, then main footers) but the SayBox never appeared. Then, just to see, I tried removing every single code I had except for the SayBox one and it still didn't show up. The only thing I can think of that it would be is the placement, for some reason?
Edit: I decided to just make a new account and it shows up now, there must have just been a problem with the old one for some reason. Anyways, I'm just glad it's working now, SayBox is exactly what I wanted for my forum. <3
