I forgot my admin password for my saybox and signed up for a new password.For some reason it didnt work and cant get into admin panel.What do I need to do to fix this ?

Hi, What exactly do you mean by it didn't work? Did you get a error message? No error message. It just didnt work. I did notice that when I signed up here (in the forum) I had signed up with different email addy which I no longer have. I changed it to current one in my profile.Got activation key # and that worked well. If an admin emails me a new password for my saybox would that help ? I also had signed up for a new saybox since I couldnt get into my admin panel and never got an email for actvation. The new email in my profile is what I signed up with for new saybox and never got an email sent to me from Saybox for activation link. What do I do to fix this ? |

Make sure that when you registered your new account that the email address was exact and that the email wasn't automatically placed into a spam/junk folder. I'm not sure Renegade will send you a new password but your going to have to sit tight and wait for his reply.  Your going to have to prove ownership so you might want to get that info. ready. |

i'm not totally sure what you're asking about here - are you trying to retrierve a pasword for an existing account, or are you not receiveing emails for a newly registered one?

Just so you know those are two completely different things and require two completely different actions. |

New accounts are removed automatically if they aren't activatd, so there's not much I can do for you there. The emails are going out fine as far as I know, so it's likely that your email provider is blocking mails from us if you're not getting the activationlink.
