Can you help me please

Hello, I have got a problem. I opened a new Saybox in July and made a straight upgrade to a paid one. I paid for the box (365 days) on July the 15th. Because of some private reasons I decided to close my homepage and deleted my saybox. Now I opened my homepage again and would like to keep my old saybox. So today I created the same acoount again, of course as a free box. Now my question, would it be possible to activate this saybox as a paid one again, or do I have to pay another time ? I would be very thankful for your help.

We can do this but it will need to be done manually, with various confirmations that the account was yours, and was indeed a paid one. just for reference, it would have been easier to have deleted all the shouts from the original account and reused it

I will need the following information from you, either in PM or email:
- the username and server number of the current account
- the username of the orignial account if it was different
- the email address the acount is registered to
- the email address the PayPal transaction would have come ffrom
- the PayPal transaction ID

although we do have transactions from that day, none of them match the ID or email that you provided. If you could double check your primary PayPal email address in case you've perhaps told me the wrong one that would be great.

sorry to be so picky - but we're required (by law) to be careful when it coems to dealing with customer money.
