Output for an iframe link for Google Sites?

My google page creator site is being transfered to Google Sites which does not except embedded code.

iFrame Google Widget to display my SayBox. But when i enter in the SayBox link (not the embed code) it displays some code in addition to the SayBox.

Is there an output for an iframe link?
