We've had to disable this feature temporarily as it was causing shouts to not be displayable at all. We're working on a fix and will have it up as soon as possible.

does the email tags not work on this i have tried it many times just can't seem to get this one working at all

Email tags don't currently work for some unknown reason. However, emails in the link field still function correctly.
