I just registered at saybox for a proboards forum i just set up but i have no idea how to do it.
first it says to put the code in my forum but i dont know where. please enlighten me.

Most people put the code in either their global header, or global footer. depending on the design of your forum you may want to edit the coluors and width of the shoutbox, you can do so from the SayBox admin panel.

I have put the saybox code that I received when I activated my account in my global header but it is so long and narrow no one can really see it. I have it on my test forum.
Is there a place I can go to see what it is supposed to look like and what have I done wrong.

Hey,
What your going to want to do is look through the code for where it says height and width and then change the number to the correct dimensions you want.

The width and height options are in the admin panel of your account. you will not find them in the code itself.
