I signed up for a SayBox a couple of months ago, and am only now having time to set it up and add it to my website. I thought I kept the email with my password, but I can't find it and I don't see any way to retrieve it.
Help?
Thanks.

Do you know the username and server number?

No. I think I remember the user name, but not the server. Also, I ended up just registering for a new account, and the log-in screen doesn't recognize THAT user ID or password, either, when I try to log in to the admin panel. So something is definitely wrong.
Can you help me get set up?

It gives me the incorrect login error. I've tried it repeatedly, but no go (and am sure I'm using the correct user name and password, this time). What am I doing wrong? Is there something I need to change on my browser to allow SayBox cookies, maybe?
Many thanks.

Most likely you're trying to login on the wrong server number. New accounts are all created on server 3 now, so if you're logging in from the form on our website, be sure to change the login dorpdown box to that.

Nope. I have tried logging in from the SayBox itself, and from your admin panel using all three servers -- it still gives me that error.
I have tried accessing it both from work and from home, with the same issue.
Is it possible that I'm somehow "locked out"?
I originally had a SayBox account under the user ID "sef" months ago, and never had any problem accessing it at the time. When I tried using it again after several months, I started having this problem with SayBox not recognizing my user ID and password (which is why I recently re-registered under a new user ID).
Is there any way I can restore my original account under my original user name "sef" and then have the password reset and tested by you?
I really want to switch from my present shout box to SayBox.
Thanks.

The account with the name "sef" is on Server 3, and I can change the password for you if you can provide proof its your account. The easiest eay to do this would be if you can change the email address in yuor profile here to match the one on the account, and then go thruogh ther forum account activation proceedure to confirm the address is yours.

Well, this is strange. I was able to log in earlier today from work, and got my Say Box formatted and copied onto my website without any problem at all. This evening, though, I'm getting that same log-in error. Would it have anything to do with AOL, do you think?
