Update to Proboards Name Locking

We have uploaded an update across all servers which fixes the problem some users had with the ProBoards Name Locking feature. This change allows you to choose the name settings from the admin panel - either display name only, username only, or displayname (username). Enabling name locking will force any visitor to your forum to post with whichever of the name settings you've selected (guests will always show as "Guest").
