I upgraded my box but it doesn't seem to have gone through (I got the receipt of payment by email) but when your in the admin panel and go to; "Buy Subscription" or even "Preferences" - it doesn't say I have any subscriptions or credits, and I paid for 100 days worth. Hi,
Thanks for buying a subscription. I've applied the subscription to your account manually. Sometimes it doesn't go through properly if PayPal doesn't send the notification back to us. Sorry for the trouble.
