I'm not sure what you're referring to - could you give an example, or link to the page with your shoutbox on?

I am creationg toolbar for IE that has a box that drops down and shows an HTML page so I made a page with just the saybox code so that thats all I will see but above the box it says {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fswiss\fcharset0 Arial;}} {\*\generator Msftedit 5.41.21.2508;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs20 \par \par \par \par
this is not only anoying but makes the box go to far down to be seen
pased<script type="text/javascript" src="http://saybox3.co.uk/output.php?user=zeel"></script> into a HTML doc by itself and oppen it and there all that crap will be

Whatever that is, its not being caused by the SayBox software. It's something to do with whatever toolbar you're using. If you go to your saybox on a blank page it's working fine: saybox3.co.uk/saybox.php?user=zeelNothing on our end is going to generate that kind of code. As you can see, it even has a comment that its being generated by Msftedit, so you may want to research into that. Ron

if I open the HTML doc with <script type="text/javascript" src="http://saybox3.co.uk/output.php?user=zeel"></script> by its self in IE I get that extra stuff

As Ron said, that stuff isn't generated by something on our side of things. It's possible it's being put there by whatever program you'er using to write your HTML files in though.
