Just curious if there was still proboards support built in or any way to load the logged in username into the saybox without having to type it out. Maybe even lock it in as the logged in user? Thanks in advance

If your shoutbox is on a PB forum the name of the logged in user will automatically be put into the name field for you. It currently isn't locked to that name, but it's something we've been thinking of adding.

Interesting. I did not know that. I assume this is for sayboxes that have been embedded rather than one that opens from a popup link or button like ours? Rather than bumping my other thread has the issue been looked into about the input fields for custom appearance in the saybox admin? I know the last time I looked it hadn't been resolved.

Yes, it will only work in the shoutbox is embedded on the page, because it uses the variables PB sends on page load.
The bug you've reported is waiting on Ron to fix, since the fix last time around didn't work.
