When my subscription nears it's end - will I get some sort of notice so I can re-sign up for ad-free without interruption?


why doesn't my "Allow Users to edit" seem to work? Even I need to go into the log to edit, or does it only work for a very brief amount of time?

Can you tell me the difference in the saybox styles? I'm getting a new skin and the box needs to be moved. I don't know which style will be better and I'm not sure where to go to see what "Pop Up" would look like.

1/ You get sent an email reminder a few days before the subscription runs out.

2/ I don't remember if there's a timeout on it, but asuming it's enabled, we can test it for you and doublecheck its working properly if you link to your website with the shoutbox on it.

3/ The popup version is just a link, which opens the SayBox in its own window when you click it. It tends to decrease activity in the shoutbox, and may be blocked by some popup blockers, so I don't really recommend it unless there's no space anywhere else on your site.
