Hello i decided to use your service so that messages can be posted to remember a friend who died on the 14th August as she suffered from cancer, but im wondering how i change the advertisments popping up every so often

If you are talking about the popunders:

1. Log into your SayBox.
2. Click on Preferences. A new window will open.
3. Go to the Advertisements tab.
4. There you will see a frequency option for popunders. The highest you can go is 1 in 10 pageviews.
