Adfree as it currently stands is a single purchase of a number of adfree page impressions. Over the past few weeks, Ron and I have been looking at improvements to this, to make it more worthwhile for those who pay for adfree. Having looked at a couple of possibilities, I can now confirm that we have been working on a new subscription package, which will include adfree, shout limit exemption, auto refresh, and a number of other features.
The full list of extra features for subscribers is still being decided upon, but we've considered all suggestions made in the Suggestions Board, as well as adding a few things not previously considered. The complete package will be equivalent to a mini-upgrade, and we hope this will encourage people to subscribe.
A release date has not been set, as work is still progressing, but an announcement will be made both here and by global shout when appropriate. Those users who currently pay for adfree on their SayBox will have the option either to continue with adfree as it currently stands, or exchange their adfree impressions for subscription credits at a favourable rate.
