Many thanks to everyone who took our user survey a couple of months ago.
As we didn't collect any personal information from the survey, it wasn't possible to reply to individual responses. However, a few points were brought up repeatedly by various people, and this is the SayBox stance on them.
It was also apparent that many people aren't aware of the full range of features SayBox offers. As this may be due to the size of our admin panel we have come up with a way to make users more aware of what SayBox can do (please see the thread in the Contests board for details).
Many people said they don't like SayBot and the global shouts. Although global shouts are covered in our privacy policy, since the survey took place we have cut back on how often SayBot posts updates.
This isn't possible, simply because of hosting costs. However, we do already offer much more for free than many other shoutbox providers, and currently the only paid features are adfree and shout limit exemption. Suggestions for new features are always welcome in the Suggestions board.
We've attempted to contact Symantec twice about blocking our service, and have not received a response. As Symantec don't want to speak to us, that problem isn't something we have any control over.
The time taken for your SayBox to load doesn't just depend on our servers. If the SayBox is right at the bottom of a page, everything else on that page has to load first - so if you have a lot of large images, the SayBox won't appear until all of those have loaded. This is down to the way web browsers read webpages, and not something SayBox can control.
Sadly, this person declined to answer almost every other question on the survey, which didn't give us much to go on.
While we do take user opinions on SayBox features and options into account, it's hard to do so without any real detail.
Anyone who brought up an issue in the survey I haven't covered here is welcome to start a thread in the Help & Support board about it.

i think everything on your service should be all free.

I would like Norton security and Saybox to be "friends"
