We have made some minor updates to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please make sure you are familiar with the new conditions, as you are legally bound by them regardless of whether or not you have read the documents.

- General, term 1. Clarification on TOS interpretation has been added.
- SayBox Usage, term 7. The wording has been updated to clarify the way in which users should update us on account changes.
- SayBox Usage, term removed. It is no longer a TOS violation to place a SayBox on the same website as a shoutbox from another service.
- SayBox Usage, term 11. The wording has been updated to include account suspension.
- SayBox Software, term 1. This term covers the advertisements served by SayBox and Elixant, and user responsibility regarding these ads.
The following clauses in our Privacy Policy have been altered or updated:
- Cookies, term 1. This has been updated to note that users choosing not to accept cookies from SayBox will not be able to login to their admin panel.
- Account Changes, term 1. Information on how to change personal details has been updated.
- Account Changes, term 4. Information on how to change personal details has been updated.
- Emails and Global Contact. These terms replace the terms which previously covered mass emails.
- Emails and Global Contact, term 2. This term now covers global shouts and user rights with regards to removal of such posts.
