Because of the costs involved in running SayBox, we will soon be offering anyone the chance to advertise on the SayBox website or on SayBoxes themselves. This will of course incur a small fee (rates will be calculated when the new system is running smoothly). The website already has a banner rotation scheme in place which will be opened up to advertisers. This will be run in much the same way as it is now. Every SayBox will have a small 'sponsored link' on it. These will be designed to be noticeable but unintrusive, and there will be an ad-free plan available for a small charge for anyone wishing to have the links removed from their Saybox. The admin panel of your SayBox will also have an ad banner in it, which will be rotated with rest of the banners from the SayBox website. This will be removed along with the text links on any SayBox using our ad-free program. Because we know that adding advertisements to our software may not go down well with some of our customers, we have decided not to implement advertising on the SayBox software until the release of SayBox v3. Thank you for your continued support of SayBox

the way i see it its either have ads, pay not to have ads, or don't have a saybox when the whole system has to shut down through lack of funding

I'm guessing now, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Will there be an option to keep the current version of the SayBox and have no ads and to have V3 with ads (Like for those who don't want ads to keep their current version and just stay ad free)
