Why it is that this forum does not have one "SayBox"??

This forum is only a section of the SayBox website. Their SayBoxes are on display at saybox.co.uk. This has been brought up many times, though, but its just a decision on Rene's part, and why have one on the forum when there is one on the site?

Lol what he said We worship Rene, follow his orders, comfort him, play games with him, talk to him... meh *pulls out Taming of the Shrew* For those who don't know, this is a Shakespearean work of art in which a man tries to tame his wife. In the end, this (likely familiar) quote is said: "Thy is thy lord, thy life, thy keeper, thy head, thy sovereign, one that cares for thee, and for thy maintenance commits his body, to painful labour both by sea and land..." I suppose we as SayBoxers can apply all that to Rene

However, this was asked before, a few times. It is because the staff don't want support questions to be asked on the SayBox, they don't perfer to use it on this forum.

also another reason is that having a saybox on here would slow it down majorly.

Fredy, SayBoxes are hosted on very fast (and expensive) servers to ensure they load quickly. If putting a SayBox on a website "slowed it down majorly", nobody would use a SayBox.
However, support questions on a SayBox are far more difficult to follow than threaded messages on a forum. We already get a number of support questions on the demo SayBox, and if we added a SayBox to this board, I can guarantee that number would increase.

what i meant renegade is that it would slow down the pages from loading, not the saybox. i relize saybox is fast

Fredy, I do believe that Rene understood what you meant, and his answer reflects that. He told you that Sayboxes are hosted on a fast server; therefore, having one on your website would not slow it down...

well technically the more content you have on a website, the slower it is

Not if the content is remotely hosted, and in the same sense, hosted on a fast server.

but a person isn't going to only have a saybox on their site, and it all adds up
