After work on the server this evening, all outgoing emails should now be sent correctly.
If you've registered for an account in the past few days, you can either signup again (although you'll need to pick a new username) or post here to have your account manually activated. Most recent signups have already been activated; you will be on Server 3 if you have an activated account from the past few days.
