No, it isnt working properly, it isnt working at all. Please re-check it. I dont mean to sound nasty but this is ridiculous, especially for those of us who have paid for this when it is down every single day.

At the time of my post everything was working. We had another short outage since then, which is now also fixed. We've had an external tech working on the recent problems almost solidly from when we were made aware them to when they were fixed, and it wasn't something that could have been solved any faster. If you'd like to post your username we will re-credit you (and any other paid account) for the downtime |

LOL I really wasnt yelling at you, just frustrated. I dont need re-credited (just a working box) but my user name is kudlbear. And thanks for fixing it so quickly, I appreciate it. :-)

I've recredited your account for the downtime, along with a few extra days as compensation for the inconvenience. Anyone else with a paid account who was affected can have their account recredited in the same way, just post your username and server number We've had a lot of work done on the server over the past couple of days to get things working again. Hopefully it's fixed to the point it isn't going to go and break itself again, but because of the scale of the issue this time around it's difficult to say for sure whether everything is definitely back to how it should be or not. |

My SayBox is down again since this morning till now (7pm)!
Even the saybox website is inaccessible!
Guys, please fix this! I've been a SayBox user for a few years and this is one of the best shoutbox I have ever encountered, besides CBox and ShoutMix.
Eventhough the presence of those ads suck, but we are willing to bear with it since you guys gotta pay for your server expenses as well as your hardwork.
