That's just wrong.. and after his very light sentance *because he's only a child* say, a year in a young offenders institute, if that.. he'll be loose again. Because the government are pouring loads of money into making prisons much nicer places to stay they won't be deterred from doing it again.
Something HAS to be done about the punishment system in the UK, it's getting stupid now..

That's what I'm saying  AFAIK in prison they have TV's, newspapers, get an allowance. All for doing something very wrong - it's almost like they're getting rewarded  |

especially because a lot of crimes are commited by people who live in worse conditions than they would get in prison anyway. tbh, prison should be something people are deathly afraid of, at the moment its just like boarding school.

alot of people would rather be in prison than on the street because they have a better chance of surviving there.

tbh I think convicts should be sent to serve on the front line in the army, if only they could be trusted not to do something against their colleages..
They should have a nice dose of army discipline to keep them in order!

well html knowledge assumes computer literacy, and since I imagine theres a lot of coding involved, it also assumes typing ability. I think pretty quick but if you're reading what you're typing whilst you're typing it then surely you'd notice if you made an error :S
