I've just been to a LANParty over the weekend, where we watercooled a Pentium 166 with an S3 Virge PCI Graphics Card to see how far we could overclock it! ;D LOL Awesome, how far did you OC it?

LOL Awesome, how far did you OC it? We didn't overclock it at all - we didn't check there were any settings to do so in the BIOS before we put all of the watercooling on We overclocked the Graphics Card but got heavy artifacting when trying to run it at 100MHz from the stock 75MHz so gave up. We usually would've tried several different clock frequencies but it was 2am when we were doing this Shame the graphics card didn't survive the waterblock being removed - pulled the chip right off Nice teddy bear..hope you kept him away from that Guiness Lupin It wasn't my teddy or guiness - I don't do alcohol and forgot my teddy I have no idea what water cooling is Watercooling is where you replace heatsinks inside your PC (a metal chunk that sits on your processor with a fan on top) with a waterblock (a metal chunk with holes in the side). Water is more dense than air and so accepts heat more readily. The warm water is then carried away to a radiator where the heat is transferred into the air. If that went straight over anyone's head, people watercool PC's for the same reason you jump in a swimming pool on a hot day Water cools things down better than air. Hope that made some sense
