Idea: One that you can't actually move your mouse over, it slides out the way! I've seen it done in java before (well, a button that moves out the way of the mouse, not a custom title) and maybe it'd be possible in javascript too?

edit: and yeah, I know they're basically completely different languages

Maybe a customizable title, than when you click on it, it yells at you and calls you bad names.
