All affected users have been credited with some subscription time. Free accounts recived 10% of the time given to paid accounts (you will receive a renewal reminder email when the credit runs out, but there's no obligation to renew)

Since this appears to be a DNS issue, there isn't anything we can do for individual users (rather than account admins). You can either call your ISP, or edit the hosts file on your PC to force the domain to resolve to the correct IP.

I can try moving your SayBox to server 1, but you mentioned before you were having problems accessing that too. The "domain cannot be resolved" error you got on the traceroute is something your ISP would have to look into.

I really don't want to be a pest, but is there still a chance that my Saybox will work some day ? I just have got the feeling that there is nothing you can do anymore, am I right ? I just subscribed on March 26th, had a running box for 2 months, still have got 10 months to go .... I also have to tell you that I am not willing to contact my ISPN, to contact these companies here in Austria is rather expensive, I have to call them on the cellphone, sitting near to the computer, waiting at least a half an hour to get through, and this will be more expensive than the whole box was. Until I can catch one of these guys, who really is able to help me, it will ruin my nerves and my purse.
So please tell me what I should do now. Thanks for your patience

We may have found a fix today. Let me know if things still aren't working. Your account will be recredited with subscription time once we're sure everything is working again

This is the script I included the box on my page ... Is it the same than before ? I am not able to log in in my admin section at Server 3. By the way Saybox.co.uk seems to work fine now. saybox3.co.uk/output.php?user=thaliaPerhaps it really would make sense to transfer my account to Server 1 ?

This problem should be fixed for everyone now. For any further problems please start a new thread - also be aware there will be around 20 minutes tonight when the server isn't available
