Okay, we really can't find what's wrong here. Its only affecting a small number of users - both the website and the shoutboxes load for everyone who's been working on this (three of us), as well as random other people I asked to check for me. Since you can't even access the server 3 website, this suggests it's some problem with your ISP. It's too late to start this right now (I'm posting this at 6.18am my time) but if the problem doesn't resolve itself then the best solution is to move your account to server 1 - you can access saybox.co.uk, right? We can either copy everything across later today if you're not in a hurry to get it moved, or else you can signup imediately for a new account and we'll just transfer subscription info. Just let me know which you'd prefer.

Okay. I'll transfer your subscription & some bonus credit as soon as we get our backend working (should have been ready a day or two, but bigger problems had to be fixed first)

Try .co.uk Yeah, that one. So when is it going to propagate?

AYC - If the problem is just DNS propagation then that's up to your ISP and there's nothing at all we can do about it. On the plus side, it should fix itself if you can wait for your ISP to catch up.
Adrian - we plan on copying you and all affected users onto Server 1 today, assuming that they can access S1. Most people with problems seem to only be unable to access the S3 domain so that should fix things once the code is updated on your site.

Rene,
I'm just curious, is it all S3 users, or only like a few select people?

The default refresh icon is black - if your background is black as well it won't show up
