Okay - am I right in thinking both of you have your accounts fully accessible again now, and I can consider the problem solved?

Nothing has changed on our end between when you said it was back, and now. The server is running, and has been the whole time. We haven't been doing any more maintenance or anything else, and most people can access it okay. Soooo.... I'm really running out of things to suggest.
If you can access Server 1 okay (http://saybox.co.uk) then I suggest simply registering a new account there instead.

I can't even access that link for server 1 you posted but for the moment my saybox is back I am wondering because I have even lost the link (computer crash a couple of months ago) and can't even get into my admin section for my saybox, I had that part hid from view on the saybox but had my link saved Anyway would it be easier to cancel my saybox and get another one and how would we go about doing that thru this forum or thru pm's

If you can't access server 1 either, there isn't anything we can do in terms of transferring accounts.
I will contact both our webhost and domain registrar and see if either of them can offer explanations.

No - I'm using FireFox right now. We've confirmed with our server host that the problem isn't there. So that leaves it being either an issue with your PC, or with your ISP. Next time the SayBox is gone, I need you to do all the following: 1/ check if saybox3.co.uk is reachable. 2/ check if saybox.co.uk is reachable. 3/ if you have Norton Internet Security, disable it and try the above two steps again. 4/ open Command Prompt on your computer 5/ type tracert saybox3.co.uk (make sure you don't miss the 3 there) 6/ wait for it to complete, then post the results here. It will be a bunch of IP addresses & numbers, but don't worry, they'll make sense to us. This should help us figure out where the problem is.

saybox3.co.uk is reachable saybox.co.uk/ is not reachable it says firefox having problem loading page I did the trace but could not copy the results too many numbers to write down. I don't know could we just delete my saybox and try another one. I am sorry to be such a bother

This sounds like problems caused by your ISP, which we have no control over. Your best bet would be to give them a call about it.

Your account has been credited with some free subscription time, should you decide to keep it

I wasn't paying anything for my saybox but thank you anyway I went ahead while ago and removed the code for the saybox from my forum. Like I said other day when my computer crashed a couple of months ago I lost the link to how to get into my saybox account. Also I had hid the admin part of it on the saybox so I have no way to actually delete the saybox account. Would it be worth the time to try and apply for a new saybox? Also if this is perhaps an ISP issue on my end why can't my other members see the saybox. I have members from various states and we none have the same internet provider There is alot of this that is over my head.

We credited all affected users. Free accounts got 10% of the time we gave paid members, to keep things fair If you can consistently access server 1 (http://saybox.co.uk), you can register a new account there, or I can copy your original one across. As far as we can tell, it has to be some sort of ISP issue. The server has been consistently running, and we have uptime stats to verify that it doesn't break when we're not looking. Most people can access the sites okay, including all three staff who've been trying to fix things, so we know the domains are set up correctly. That only leaves either ISP problems or user error, and since you could use your account before the server transfer, that rules out user error.

I signed up for a new saybox on server 1 and it is working if you could I would like the code again where my members have to be signed in to my forum to post on the saybox. I do not want my saybox showing on the homepage sign in of my forum. Does that make sense?
