Hey SayBox Members!
I am hoping I can receive some help with the following two questions.
1) Can I make it so my SayBox is no longer hosted by SayBox? Make it its own site? 2) Can I make other members on my SayBox staff?
Thanks, - Joe

although you can't host the shoutbox yourself, a paid account will have all ads removed from it, includng the "powered by saybox" notices. we do not currently offer a staff member system.

Alright,
Now are there any other benefits to my SayBox if I upgrade to the paid account?

There sure are! The best two, in my opinion, would be the auto refresh, and the smart banning, which automcatically refuses shouts and bans the user trying to post them if they contain word from your filter list. The full list of extra features is shown on the Saybox features page on the main website, in the "Upgradeable" category.

Alright,
How, or where is a link, to the instructions to adding your SayBox onto your Proboard?

The simplest way is to just copy the code from the sign up email, and put it in either the global header or the global footer of your forum. You can alter the width and height of the shoutbox from the admin panel - many people have it set to cover the same width as the forum. If you want to go a bit more advanced, it will fit nicely into one of the codes for info tables or other side tables, that Proboards provide. There is also a set of options in the shoutbox admin panel to enable further ProBoards compatibility by using logged in members' screen names within the shoutbox automatically.

Alright, Two things: 1) I don't have the original (sign-up) email anymore. 2) Can I see an example somewhere of how a SayBox looks on a Proboard? I want to know before I add it into my Proboard.

The code is also supplied in the admin panel, in the column on the right of the page an example is harder to provide, partly because of user privacy concerns (we do not post any user data publicly without permission, including site address) and partly because the shoutboxes are customisdable enough that you don't have to have it looking like anyone else's. In short if you've seen a shoutbox on a forum in a particular style, you can do that with our software as well
