Well, why don't you learn it ? It's not hard, and besides, you'll be independent from asking people for help on codes. Learning HTML, will probably shorten your time on managing the codes, it will leave more time for other people to ask support (you won't need help) and it's good to learn new stuff. It's rather interesting. I like it. Once you learned HTML, you can move to PHP, and you may even build a fantastic site/forum and be rewarded. And it isn't hard, you just need to want to learn and you'll learn very well. Think about that...
