If it was a really light blue like in the welcome BG or text area then yeah, maybe a little bit lighter so it's really really subtle but noticiable.  |

Yes I know but then it doesn't make sense... Why would we only have cell highlight to the point where we have 40 members... What would make sense is to wait untill we have 40 members and then vote and that's why I said whatever I said
